Tennis and Pickleball Demo Program

We're excited to offer our racquet and pickleball demo program for our local customers in the Central Arkansas area. This allows our customers the opportunity to "try before they buy" racquets and paddles to find out which one they enjoy playing with the most. 

Here's how it works:

  • We allow up to 2 racquets or paddles to be demoed for up to 1 week (7 days including Sundays) at a cost of $10 per week for a maximum of 4 consecutive (non-continuous) weeks. 
  • If you'd like to swap out a racquet or paddle within your demo period, you may do so without an additional charge. 
  • Racquets and paddles must be returned by the end of day of the 7th day (end of the demo period). 
  • Once you've found your ideal racquet or paddle, up to $40 of demo credit can be used towards to purchase of a new racquet or paddle within the next 60 days. 

Late Fees: 

  • Should the demoed rentals not be returned by the end of your demo period, there will be an automatic late fee charged to the card on file of $5.00 per racquet/paddle per day for up to 7 days.
    • If the demoed items are not returned during the 7 day late fee period, the full price of each rental will be automatically charged to the card on file.  
    • Please note that we are closed on Sundays. 

FAQs:

  • Can I extend the current racquet or paddle demo period for another week?
    • The purpose of the demo program is to try out a variety of racquets or paddles. We do not allow continuous demos for the same racquets or paddles. We ask that customers try out a different racquet or paddle each demo week.  
  • Can my card on file be charged if I want to demo another another week without coming into the shop?
    • We do not allow continuous demo rentals as mentioned above. Card information is only associated to an active demo rental and cannot be transferred to a new demo rental.
  • If I'm ready to purchase a racquet/paddle I demoed, but found it at a better price somewhere else, do you all price match?  
    • Yes! We price match! You must provide proof of an active listing from a genuine retailer/seller. Item specifications must be an exact match: condition, color/version, grip, etc.
  • Will demo program late fees apply towards the demo credit when I'm ready to purchase a new racquet or paddle? 
    • No, late fees are not part of the cost of the demo program. They are a penalty  and therefore do not count towards the purchase of a new racquet or paddle.
