Demo Program - Tennis & Pickleball

We're excited to offer our racquet and pickleball demo program for our local customers in the Central Arkansas area. This allows our customers the opportunity to "test out" racquets and paddles to find out which one they enjoy playing with the most. 

Here's how it works:

• We allow up to 2 racquets or paddles to be demoed for up to 7 days at a cost of $10 per week for a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks. 
• If you'd like to swap out a racquet or paddle within your demo period, you may do so without additional charge. 
• Racquets and paddles must be returned by the end of day of the 7th day (end of the demo period). 
• Once you complete a demo program, up to $40 can be used towards to purchase of a new racquet or paddle within the next 60 days. 
• Should the demoed items not be returned by the end of the demo period, there will be an automatic late fee charged to the card on file of $5.00 per racquet/paddle per day for up to 7 days.
• If the demoed items are not returned during the late fee period, the full price of each demoed item will be automatically charged to the card on file.  

FAQs:

• Can I demo the a racquet or paddle that I've already demoed before? 
• The purpose of the demo program is to try out a variety of racquets or paddles. We ask that customers try out a different racquet or paddle for each demo week. 
• Do we price match new racquet or paddles? 
• Yes! We will price match any item of any competitor. Item specifications must be exact (color, version, grip, etc.) 
• Will demo program late fees apply as a discount to a new racquet or paddle? 
• No, late fees are not part of the cost of the demo program and therefore do not count towards the purchase of a new racquet or paddle.
