New Balance evolves their premium lightweight, speed-oriented shoe with the New Balance 996v5 D. Known for its comfort, and speedy feel on the court, this 5th iteration of the 996 carries on the plush feeling FuelCell in the midsole, while making some durability and stability refinements. An all new NDure upper material increases the durability, while maintaining a nice and supportive fit. The midsole topline has been raised on the lateral edge to improve the lateral stability, for the aggressive cuts out on the court. The trusty NDurance rubber compound provides durability in high-wear areas, and the traction grips and gives when needed for the gritty hard courts.
